Development Process
We use an agile software development process to prioritize usability in our interface, while practicing such techniques as collective code ownership, continuous integration, and test-driven development.
Some of the technologies we use include ColdFusion, PHP, MSSQL, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Flash, Flex, and AIR. We develop all of our applications following the MVC design pattern.
We look for individuals with the right mix of experience, raw talent, team spirit, and motivation to produce results. Since we rely on each other every day, we expect the highest level of quality, creativity, and accuracy.
