Blogging Triathlons

It's been 5 years since I began participating in triathlons (swim/bike/run). I started out with a simple duathlon (run/bike/run) in central Oregon. Since then, I've worked my way up to racing half-iron distance events (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike, 13.1 mile run) multiple times a year.

This year I had the opportunity to work with a great sponsor, Portland's own Bob's Red Mill, who graciously supplied me with their fantastic food products.
