Emerge is Joining the Coreum Enterprise Grade Blockchain Ecosystem as a Corporate Validator
- Product Development /
Emerge is excited to announce the launch of a corporate validator node on the new Coreum enterprise grade blockchain platform, providing investors with the ability to stake their CORE coins and secure the blockchain.
Enterprise Graded Blockchains (EGB) is a new standard introduced by Coreum for blockchain networks specifically designed to provide the essential tools and infrastructure for enterprises of any size to build and run decentralized applications. In compliance with ISO20022, some key elements EGB networks bring are security, scalability, interoperability, efficiency and compatibility with regulatory requirements.
The Coreum blockchain is distinct in many ways and incentivizes the network participants to conduct more transactions by providing bulk fee discounts. It is designed to solve real-world problems at scale by providing native token management systems, such as a Decentralized Exchange (DEX), while being fully decentralized. In addition to the built-on-chain solutions, Coreum uses WebAssembly (WASM) to process smart contracts, and utilizes the Tendermint Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) consensus mechanism and Cosmos SDK’s proven Bonded Proof of Stake (BPoS).
By joining the Coreum community, we continue our exploration of blockchain technology in a mission to anticipate the future, and to help our clients prepare accordingly. Through our new position as a Coreum corporate validator, Emerge will experiment with the innovative proof-of-stake consensus algorithm and continue its long-term research on the potential of this technology for the future of business.
